"A poor shooting night, especially in the third quarter, led to a tough loss at Southern Oregon," said NU Head Coach
Ken Crawford. "That happens occasionally; you just hope it doesn't happen in a playoff game."
Â
Lindsey led the Eagles with 12 points, with
Sam VanLoo and
Grace Meza getting eight apiece. VanLoo led NU with 13 rebounds and four blocked shots.
Maya DuChesne had six assists, and VanLoo added five.

Shelaine Lorenz, Meza,
Caitlin Monten,
Caitlyn Phillips, and VanLoo.
Â
"Even though our season has ended, I would be remiss to not comment on how proud I am of this group and especially of our seniors," said Crawford. "They have exemplified hard work throughout the year and every year they have been at NU. We will hear great things from them as they move forward onto new adventures. Thanks to everyone for their support this season. See you next year!"
Â
Northwest finished the season at 17-13, the most wins in a season since the 2014 season.
