KLAMATH FALLS, OR - The Northwest University men's soccer team came out flat this afternoon during it's match against Oregon Tech in a conference battle, resulting in a 0-7 loss.
One shot was taken for the Eagles during the first half of play, by Angel Ventura.
A few more opportunities opened up for the Eagles in the second half, but not enough to come up with a goal. Joao Lucas Fonseca and Ryan Anderson each had one shot on goal.
Head Coach Gary McIntosh says, "We want to forget today and focus on the game tomorrow. We are playing for a chance in the playoffs and we need to be focused and ready to leave everything on the field."
The Eagles will fight for their playoff spot in Ashland, OR tomorrow at 12 p.m. against the conference's top team, Southern Oregon.Â
