KIRKLAND – Northwest got double-figure scoring from five players and reached triple-digits on the scoreboard for the first time in two seasons for a 101-75 on Tuesday.
CaCoa Chatman led the Eagles with a stellar 20-point, nine-assist performance.
Drew Bryson added 13 points,
Lewis Pope and
Isaiah Williams scored 12 each and
Devante Powell contributed 11.
The Eagles connected on 58 percent of their field goal tries and had a 45-32 rebounding advantage. Pope led NU with nine rebounds.
"Our guys continue to play hard and play together," said NU Head Coach Rick Skeen. "It was fun to see the ball go in more and the guys celebrate success."
Tyler Williford scored 23 points and added 12 rebounds for the Geoducks.
The Eagles led by as many as 19 points, 40-21, in the first half on an AJ Chappell basket and had a 46-38 cushion at the half.
The final margin was NU's biggest lead with
Matt Amano getting the basket to push the Eagles over the century mark.
Northwest heads to Portland this weekend for a Friday contest at Multnomah before the final road game of the season at Warner Pacific on Saturday.
