KIRKLAND, WA - NU men's soccer come from behind again to tie the game, 1-1.
The Eagles battled today and earned a 1-1 draw. The game was back-and-forth for most of the first half. Each team had five or more shots in the first half but no goals. Â
The second half saw the Beacons earn a penalty kick, which they converted in the 59th minute. The Eagles continued to push for the tying goal and earned their own penalty kick in the 87th minute. Damian Santos stepped to take the kick and converted to tie the game, 1-1. Â
Michael Kot had 7 saves for the Eagles.
Coach McIntosh commented, "Nothing has come easy this year, but the team keeps playing hard and never gives up. We are excited for the game tomorrow."
