KIRKLAND, Wash. - The Eagles yet again faced another top ranked CCC opponent to close out the weekend in the No. 8 Warriors. While Northwest continued to fight in each set, Corban came away with the sweep. 

Despite the loss, Kaitlyn Mickle led the Eagles with 11 kills. Ellie Van Berkum led the defense with 11 digs on the night. 

The Warriors' balanced attack was difficult for the Eagles to contain. Emma Bischoff led the Warriors with 12 kills. Both Abby Guindy and Nadeiah Howard tallied 18 assists each for the night. 

"Corban played extremely well tonight and their offense presented more challenges than we could match. Still, our ladies battled and the team was able to stay focused on the task at hand. Overall, it was a good test for us and we look forward to a strong week of preparation as we enter the final stretch of the conference season," said NU Head Coach Steve Bain.

The Eagles will look to bounce back and finish their season strong as they head into the final two weekends of conference. They head to Oregon Tech and Southern Oregon this upcoming weekend.
