SNOHOMISH, Wash. - The Eagles faced a top opponent for their final game of the season in the College of Idaho Yotes. It was an action-packed second half with the final score in favor of the Yotes, 6-1.
College of Idaho took a 1-0 lead into halftime and quickly found their second goal in the first minutes of the second half. But Northwest quickly responded in the 54th minute thanks to
Logan Anderson, who netted the team's only goal, unassisted, to keep the Eagles in the game.
The College of Idaho offense proved too potent, however, scoring four more times to finalize the 6-1 result. Goalkeeper
Bailey Hopkins made six saves for Northwest in the effort.
Northwest finished their season with an overall record of 4-9-4.
