Jason Hatcher is starting his 10th year coaching at NU for the 2023 season. 

A former defender and captain at Northwest, Hatcher earned a bachelor's degree in psychology and now works as a sales consultant for a pharmacuetical sales company. Hatcher was a player for NU men's soccer squad from 2003 to 2008.
