Northwest University Athletics

Coach Dillon has been with the Eagles program since its inception after coaching baseball at various levels for several years.  In addition he has individually trained softball players that have moved on to the NCAA D1 level. He works in a variety of roles within the softball program including scheduling, recruiting and budgeting. Coach Dillon also works in the Student Financial Services office at Northwest, serving as the Senior Advisor. Away from Northwest, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife and son camping in the Canadian Rockies, Central Oregon and on the Oregon Coast, as well as attending sporting events around the Seattle area, especially soccer matches and Mariner games.
