Rachel Hawley joined the softball staff at Northwest prior to the 2022 season as an assistant coach.
 
Hawley graduated from Northwest after a successful softball career that including honorable mention All-Conference honors in 2019 and Academic All-Conference awards in 2019 and 2020.
 
She left NU with school records for career wins, shutouts, and earned run average, and single season records for wins, earned run average and opponent batting average.
 
Hawley graduated from University High School in Spokane.
