Sarah Jobson, who is the Director of Residence Life and Housing at Northwest, joined the women’s basketball coaching staff in 2015.

Originally from Redding, California, Jobson she went to Simpson University and got her degree in Communications. She holds master’s degrees in spiritual formation from Ashland Theological Seminary and in Christian ministries from Malone University.

After serving with her husband, Brian, as youth directors in Santa Rosa California, she served as an Area Coordinator and Resident Director for more than 10 years both in Ohio at Malone University and at George Fox University near Portland Oregon.

The couple has two sons, Cale and Elias. The family attends Overlake Christian Church.

Jobson enjoys boating, reading and “adventures with my boys.”
