Kyle Cole joined the cross country coaching staff prior to the 2022 season.
 
Cole was an assistant cross country coach at North Creek High School in 2019-20.
 
An alumnus of Northwest, Cole ran in the 2017 NAIA Championships as part of the men’s cross country team. He was a NAIA Scholar Athlete. He holds the school record in the indoor 1500 at 4:02.07.
 
Cole earned his bachelor’s degree in history in 2017 and his MBA in 2018.
He enjoys coffee, running and woodworking.
