Why NU:i chose NU because i felt that it would help me become a more independent person and get a feel for fending for myself. I am from California so it wasn't like i could go home on the weekends. Playing for NU has given me the opportunity to balance out school and soccer. Our team is my second family. It has helped me grow as a person on and off the field. It has been a great fit for me since.
Fun Fact:I gave myself a concussion by hitting my head on the wall.
