Cristina Lorenz joined the volleyball coaching staff in February of 2022 after a successful four years as an Eagle herself. Cristina holds a record of digs in a single match (27) win over Southern Oregon her senior year, which is included in her 432 digs for the season. Cristina graduated from NU in 2022 with her bachelor’s in General Ministries and a minor in Biblical Studies. She is currently pursuing her master’s in Biblical Literature. 

Cristina and her husband, Micah, have a passion for serving here on campus as Micah is one of the campus pastors and Cristina, a past worship leader for NU worship. On January 1st of 2023, they welcomed their first son, Levi, into the world to join them and their golden retriever, Ollie.

Cristina’s coaching experience includes one season at All Out with Coach Bain, and a season as JV assistant coach for King’s High School. In addition to coaching at NU, and taking care of Micah, Levi, and Ollie, she currently works in office administration at Cedar Park Church.
