Morgan Pilon joined the Northwest volleyball staff in February 2022.
Pilon graduated from NU in 2018 with a degree in business administration and the school career record of 3100 assists.
She served as varsity assistant coach and C-Team head coach at Tumwater High School from 2019 to 2021. She also served as head coach and assistant coach for the Bothell Volleyball Club (2014-17) and Capital Volleyball Club (2017-21).
An honorable mention All-Cascade Collegiate Conference selection in 2017, Pilon earned Academic All-Conference in 2017 and was twice named Setter of the Week that season.
Morgan's hobbies outside of work include golf, reading, and spending time wtih friends and family.
