Morgan (Pilon) Bonner joined the Northwest volleyball staff in February 2022.

Pilon graduated from NU in 2018 with a degree in business administration and the school career record of 3,100 assists.

She served as varsity assistant coach and C-Team head coach at Tumwater High School from 2019 to 2021. She also served as head coach and assistant coach for the Bothell Volleyball Club (2014–17) and Capital Volleyball Club (2017–21).

An honorable mention All-Cascade Collegiate Conference selection in 2017, Pilon earned Academic All-Conference honors in 2017 and was twice named Setter of the Week that season.

In April 2026, Morgan married fellow Northwest University alumnus Caleb Bonner. The two share a strong connection to the Northwest community and enjoy supporting student-athletes and campus events together.

Morgan's hobbies outside of work include golf, reading, and spending time with her husband, friends and family.
