Set one would see the Yotes jump out to a 17-10 lead after Sierra Porter quick-hit a Nawahine pass, but NU cut the margin to 20-19 on a Rae Ann Hastings kill.  Following a C of I timeout, a service error and a Sofia Anxo kill gave the Yotes breathing room, with a Nawahine spike ended the frame.

Set two would be all C of I, as Anxo had a three kills in a 12-1 run to start the set as the Yotes held NU to one of their lowest set scores of the season. Hannah Hanson's kill would make it 15-6, but C of I would go on a 5-0 run to increase their lead to 20-6 as they would go on the win the set.

The third set was close early, as the teams combined for eight ties and two lead changes. With the set tied at 9-all, NU would take a short lived 10-9 lead on a kill by Dakota Adams, but C of I would tie it on an Eagle miscue.  Two Liz Myers kills in a 5-0 C of I run would erase the 11-10 Eagles lead, helping lift the Yotes to the set and match win.

Northwest U. (5-8, 1-3 CCC) got 5 kills from both Sarah Stoker and Hannah Hanson, with Ashton Arbuthnot recording 20 assists. Freshman Leia Roy 20 led the team with digs. Rae Ann Haistings added 13 digs for the Eagles.
