NU's Young Player of the Week for Second Time

Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 LA GRANDE, Ore. - Northwest U's Taylor Young has been named the Red Lion Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week for the second time this season.

Young, a senior co-captain from Bellevue, Wash., scored a goal in each of the Eagles wins over Oregon Tech and the College of Idaho. Against COI, Young was injured in the first half only to return in the second to score the final goal of the game. He had an assist on the game tying goal in the first half against the Yotes.

Taylor is the CCC leader in assists and has 7 goals to his credit.

Junior Ryan Gamache of Snohomish, Wash., was named honorable mention for defensive player of the week.
