Eagles Will Face Warner Pacific in Semifinal Saturday

SALEM, Ore. - Corban defeated Southern Oregon in a sudden death shootout this afternoon in Salem, so the No. 1 seeded NU Eagles will face No. 5 seed, Warner Pacific, on the NU Athletic Field on Saturday in the CCC Championships semifinal. The winner advances to the championship game on November 15 and will be hosted by the highest seed. Warner Pac finished league play with a 4-4-1 record while the Eagles were 8-0-1 in CCC play. The Eagles defeated the Knights in Kirkland, 5-0, on October 23, but will not be taking WPC lightly in the semifinal.

In the other CCC semifinal, Corban, the No. 3 seed,  will travel to Portland Saturday and will take on No. 2 seed Concordia. Corban was 5-3-1 in CCC play while the Cavaliers were 7-1-1. Concordia edged Corban 1-0 on September 27 in Portland.
