"It's always tough to win on the road, so I was very pleased we were able to stay on task in key situations tonight," said Steven Bain, Eagle head coach. "That was especially evident in the fourth set when we were down 22-18 and we maintained our composure to finish the match. Credit Corban as they have a young team like we do, and I was really impressed with their effort and intensity. They are real fighters."

Northwest U now travels to Eugene to play Northwest Christian at 2 p.m. Saturday while Corban remains at home to host the Evergreen State College.
