Hellum Named Player of the Week for Second Time

Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 LA GRANDE, Ore. - NU's Lauren Hellum has been named the Red Lion Cascade Conference Defensive Player of the Week for the second time this season as announced by the league office.

Hellum, a senior goalkeeper from Puyallup, Wash., did not allow a goal in 212 minutes of play this weekend in the Eagles 1-0 shutout of Great Falls on Friday and the 0-0 tie with Carroll College, an NAIA top 30 team, in double overtime on Saturday. Hellum made a save in each overtime period to prevent a Carroll score.
