Portland, Ore. – Northwest University (3-7, 0-2 CCC) beat Lewis & Clark College (2-5) in a non-league game on Tuesday night. Down for the rest of the game, the Eagles soared back in the fourth quarter to seize the win with a final score of 64-58.

Andie Kristinat led the Eagles offensively, scoring 19 points on 5-11 shooting from deep. Alyx Fast added 15 points in the win, including two three-pointers. Miranda Langenhorst held down the middle, grabbing 16 rebounds and blocking three shots.

The Eagles went into the fourth quarter down 41-44, before going on an 8-0 run to start the quarter and take the lead. They were able to lead the rest of the way, resisting comeback efforts from the Pioneers.

Head coach Ken Crawford commented, "What a great effort by the lady Eagles tonight. Down by double figures twice in the game, we rallied and took the game away. It was a great team effort with contributions from a lot of folks. This is definitely something for us to build on as we head for the next one, which will be Friday at Pacific University in Portland."
