Kirkland, Wash. – Northwest University (9-18, 6-11 CCC) had their last home game on Saturday night, beating the College of Idaho (12-12, 8-8 CCC) with a final score of 76-67.
Despite finding themselves down by three going into the second quarter, the Eagles used a 23-point second quarter to take the lead. The Yotes stormed back in the third, however, and tied the game going into the fourth quarter. The fourth quarter proved to be the final separation for the Eagles, who made 14 free throws and scored 27 points in the fourth quarter alone. This brought them the nine-point victory.
