KIRKLAND – Northwest, fresh from passing a major test Friday, entertains Walla Walla in a 2 p.m. matinee Sunday.
 
The Eagles are 4-4 on the season and 1-2 in Cascade Collegiate Conference action after subduing Rocky Mountain, 2-0.
 
Jordan Travis scored his team-leading eighth goal of the season and added his third save Friday for a team-best 19 points this year.
 
Kyle Han recorded his sixth assist and has 10 points this year for the Eagles.
 
Alexander Thiehofe got an 11-save shutout Friday and leads the Eagles with 28 saves. He carries a 1.09 goals-against average.
 
NU has won the last six meetings with Walla Walla, including a 4-2 victory last season, in which Travis had a goal and an assist.
 
The Wolves come to Kirkland at 1-2 in the CCC and 3-5 overall, following a 3-1 loss at Evergreen State Friday.
 
Emmett Semple leads WWU with four goals and two assists, while Carlos Cantu has contributed a team-best three assists.
 
Kudzai Mhondiwa leads Walla Walla with a 2.54 GAA and has 28 saves on the year.
