KIRKLAND, Wash. – Northwest continues its swath of road games this weekend with contests at Pacific Union Friday at 4 p.m. in Angwin, Calif., and at Cal State Maritime Saturday at 6 p.m. in Vallejo, Calif.

This weekend marks games two and three of a six-game road swing for the Eagles. Northwest will spend 41 days without a home match before getting back to the Kirkland pitch Sept. 27.

Jordan Travis and
Justin Harden share the scoring lead for the Eagles with one goal apiece. Harden got his in the home game against Fraser Valley, while Travis scored his on the road at Simpson. Those two are tied for 10
th in the Cascade Collegiate Conference at 0.5 goals per game.

Both NU goals this season have carried assists.
Jacob Moon and
Gian Herrera have one assist apiece. They are tied for sixth in the Cascade Collegiate Conference with 0.5 assists per game.

Tyler Hopp leads the team with six shots this season. Four of those came in the season opener against Fraser Valley.Â

Three keepers have seen action this season, with
Agazi Birkner on the shelf with an injury.
Brandon Karberg leads with no goals allowed in his 45 minutes. The trio has 12 saves, led by
Noah Roberts at five.
Alexander Thiehofe is the only one of the three to complete a game. As a group, the NU keepers are No. 35 in saves per game in the NAIA at 6.0. They are third in the Cascade Collegiate Conference. NU is the only CCC school with three keepers in the league's top 15 in saves per game.

Pacific Union enters the fray at 0-2 with a 10-0 loss to Southern Oregon and a 3-2 loss to Walla Walla. Franco Martinez has both goals for Pacific Union. He leads the team with seven shots and four shots on goal. Carlos Baez has 17 saves in two games this season. PUC is a member of the NAIA's Cal Pac Conference, which had two men's soccer programs receive votes in the poll but none in the NAIA Top 25.

The Keelhaulers are 0-1 on the season after an 8-0 loss to Walla Walla. CSUM launched only four shots and put one of those on goal. Charles Rohr had 11 saves in facing 19 shots in goal. Cal State Maritime went 3-11 last season. Maritime is also a member of the Cal Pac Conference.
