KIRKLAND, Wash. – Northwest continues its swath of road games this weekend with contests at Pacific Union Friday at 4 p.m. in Angwin, Calif., and at Cal State Maritime Saturday at 6 p.m. in Vallejo, Calif.

Three keepers have seen action this season, with Agazi Birkner on the shelf with an injury. Brandon Karberg leads with no goals allowed in his 45 minutes. The trio has 12 saves, led by Noah Roberts at five. Alexander Thiehofe is the only one of the three to complete a game. As a group, the NU keepers are No. 35 in saves per game in the NAIA at 6.0. Pacific Union enters the fray at 0-2 with a 10-0 loss to Southern Oregon and a 3-2 loss to Walla Walla. Franco Martinez has both goals for Pacific Union. He leads the team with seven shots and four shots on goal. Carlos Baez has 17 saves in two games this season. PUC is a member of the NAIA's Cal Pac Conference, which had two men's soccer programs receive votes in the poll but none in the NAIA Top 25.
