KIRKLAND – Northwest gets back on the bus this weekend for 2:30 p.m. games Friday at Corban and Saturday at Bushnell.
The Eagles have a couple of ties in their last two games and roll into the weekend on a four-game unbeaten streak.
Kierstin Patefield earned her first Cascade Collegiate Conference Player of the Week honor on Monday. She had eight saves in a shutout against Carroll College in a double-overtime tie.
Claire Jo Diede leads the Eagles with eight points this season with two goals to go with four assists.
Callie Wright has six points,
Kayla Soderstrom has five, and Gracie VanAsshce owns four. Wright, VanAssche, and Diede share the team lead with two goals apiece.

Olivia Morris, and Soderstrom have one each.
Northwest is 6-9-2 all time against Corban. Corban beat the Eagles twice, both 1-0, last spring and has a two-game winning streak in the series. Wright had four shots on goal, and Corban won 1-0 in the last meeting, despite just getting five attempts for the game. Chanel Garcia came off the bench for the game winner. The Warriors haven't lost at home to the Eagles since 2011.
Corban is 7-2 overall and 3-2 in the conference this season after shutting out Warner Pacific 1-0 and Multnomah 14-0 last weekend.
Maria-France Serrant leads the Warriors with 21 points on nine goals and three assists. Juliana Pires has five goals, and Mei Suetsugu leads the team with four assists. Makida Herbert has five shutouts in goal with 32 saves and 0.88 goals allowed average.
Northwest is 15-1-1 in the all-time series with Bushnell (formerly Northwest Christian). NU has a 16-game unbeaten string since the Beacons won that first meeting in 2006. NU is 8-0 against Bushnell in Eugene. Morris had two goals, Wright had one, and Lewis added an assist in Northwest's 3-0 win in Eugene last season.
Hannah Pylant got the save-free shutout in goal for the Eagles.
Bushnell comes into the weekend at 3-7 overall and 1-4 in the conference. They beat Multnomah and lost to Warner Pacific by matching 1-0 scores.
Emily Puita leads the Beacons with nine points on four goals and an assist. Dejah Wallot and Karla Cardinal have two assists each. Anabel Mendez has 73 saves and a 2.70 goals allowed average.
