KIRKLAND – Northwest gets back on the pitch after a COVID-19 pause and opens its Cascade Collegiate Conference slate at Warner Pacific in games Sunday at 2 p.m. and Monday at 5 p.m.
Northwest is 10-7-3 all-time against Warner Pacific. Two of those three ties have come in the last two meetings. No one has a win in the series since the Eagles claimed a 3-0 victory in Portland in 2017. NU owns a four-game unbeaten string in the series.
After starting the season with a pair of wins, Northwest lost its last game, 2-0, at Eastern Oregon.

Elliot Misic, and
Brayden Corwin had three shots each for the Eagles. Misic put two shots on goal, and
Angel Trejo-Delgado and
Leon Bormann tested the EOU keeper once each.
Elliot Misic is in the NAIA top 30 in four categories, including third with 1.33 assists per game. He also is 19
th with 2.67 points per game, 27
th with 0.33 game-winning goals per game, and 30
th with four shots per game. Misic leads the Cascade Collegiate Conference with his 1.33 assists per game.
Warner Pacific is 5-1 this season with a 1-1 conference mark after splitting two games at Oregon Tech. The Knights won the first game in Klamath Falls, 1-0, but lost 2-1 in the finale. Nick Evans leads WPU with five goals, two assists, and 12 points.
