WALLA WALLA – Whitman limited Northwest to one shot and captured a 4-0 win over the Eagles Wednesday night.
 
The Blues scored two goals in each half from four different scorers.
 
"The game of soccer has a way of teaching us truths on and off the field," said NU Head Coach Gary McIntosh. "Today was one of those games. We will review game film and work on fixing some things before the next game."
 
Brayden Corwin had the Eagles' lone shot on goal.
 
Alexander Thiehofe logged five saves for NU.
 
The 1-1 Eagles play their first home game of the season on Saturday when Pacific visits for a 2 p.m. contest.
