KIRKLAND – Northwest's last road trip of the regular season is a huge one with the Eagles visiting the No. 22 College of Idaho at 3 p.m. on Friday and Eastern Oregon at 4 p.m. on Saturday.

The winner of Friday's game at the College of Idaho will be the regular-season champions of the Cascade Collegiate Conference–if there is a winner on Friday. If the game ends in a tie, NU will take a two-point lead into the final day of the regular season.

The Eagles are 13-0-2 on the season and 9-0-1 in the Cascade Collegiate Conference after a 2-0 win at Evergreen State on Saturday.
Maya Lewis had both goals for Northwest, and
Hanne Breur picked up a school-record-tying 11th shutout in goal.Â

Freshman goalkeeper Breur leads the NAIA and the Cascade Collegiate Conference with 11 shutouts this season. She also leads the CCC and is sixth in the NAIA in both save percentage at .923 and goals-against average at 0.27.

Through 15 games, Northwest has outscored opponents 41-4.
Elizabeth Moretti and
Gracie VanAssche lead the team with six each. Lewis has five.
Claire Jo Diede and

Kayla Soderstrom leads the Eagles and the Cascade Collegiate Conference and is 11th in the NAIA with 10 assists this season, the third-best season total in NU history behind
Olivia Morris (11 in 2019) and Jaclyn Metz (11 in 2018).Â

The College of Idaho is 12-1-2 overall and 8-0-2 after its 1-0 win at Carroll on Friday. The Yotes are 4-0 at home and have not allowed a goal on the home field. Gianna Ysalva has seven goals and four assists for a team-leading 18 points. Larissa Wegner has five goals and four assists. Hannah McFadden carries a 0.61 goals-against average into the game with nine shoutouts.

Northwest has an 8-5-4 lead in the College of Idaho series, which includes a 1-0 win in Kirkland last season. The Yotes won the last meeting in Caldwell, 2-0, in 2020.Â

Eastern Oregon is 9-3-3 overall and 6-2-2 in Cascade Collegiate Conference games after its 3-0 win at Carroll on Sunday. The Mounties are 5-1 at home this season. Erika Skindlov and Kana Mateaki have four goals each to lead EOU. Skindlov also has a team-leading five assists and 13 points. Madeline Barker has a 0.83 goals-against average and six shutouts.Â

The Eagles are 10-8-2 in the Eastern Oregon series after a 2-0 win over the Mounties in Kirkland last season. EOU scored a 2-0 win in the last meeting in La Grande in 2020.
