EUGENE, Ore. – Maya DuChesne scored 19 points on seven of 11 shooting, but Northwest fell at Bushnell on Friday, 78-61.
 
DuChesne was superb shooting the ball, also making all four of her free throws. Kylie Lunday added 12 points and shared the team rebounding lead with Kinslee Gallatin with five. Grace Harder scored 10 points. Kyrin Baklund had five assists and three steals.
 
"Our inconsistency showed up again tonight," said NU Head Coach Ken Crawford. "We had a great start of the game and ended strongly. We're average in the middle, though, and that is the challenge that we need to keep working on."
 
NU heads to Salem for a 3 p.m. contest at Corban on Saturday.
