CaCoa Chatman scored 24 points and
Isaiah Dunn added 13 rebounds but Oregon Tech held off Northwest 78-70 on Saturday.

The Eagles trailed by 10 with five minutes to go and were able to get within four twice in the last 30 seconds but couldn't close the deal.

"Our guys gave a tremendous effort," said NU Head Coach Rick Skeen. "They have been playing very hard. Tonight I asked them to play harder and they did. I wish I could find a way to reward their effort but I couldn't be prouder of how they are sticking together and continuing to fight."

Chatman had four three-pointers and made all six of his free throws on his way top 24 points.
Isaiah Williams added 10 points.

Dunn had seven offensive rebounds and six defensive caroms for his 13 boards.

Keegan Shivers led the Owls with 31 points while Blake Jensen came off of the bench for an 11-point, 13-rebound double-double. Jamison Guerra added 11 points.

The Eagles return to action with a home game on Tuesday against Evergreen State at 7:30 p.m.
