Eagles Fight Back to Get Draw

PORTLAND, OR - The Eagles play hard to get back into the game.

Warner Pac was on the scoreboard quick, scoring first in the 9th minute. The game was back-and-forth with the Knights having more of the play in the first half. Warner outshot NU in the first half, 4-1. 

In the second half, Warner scored its second goal in the 51st minute. The Eagles began to control the rest of the game, scoring their first goal in the 68th minute by Jordan Cagle assisted by Rachel Russell. NU scored again with Rachel Russell scoring in the 75th minute to tie the game at 2-2. In the second half, the Eagles outshot the Knights, 10-4. .  

Katie Snow had 5 saves in the game. 

Head Coach April Van Assche said, "The team did a good job finishing well today in the second half. They played as a team and created some quality chances. We will keep building from here!"
