Head Coach Gary McIntosh commented, "We controlled most of the game and played with poise and confidence. We connected many passes, and we did a lot of what we have talked about this past week at practice. It's great to get a second win as we head into conference next week. Preseason has not been easy for us. It's been teaching us a lot about ourselves, though, and we've grown over the last six weeks into a strong team. We are excited to get conference play going."
