NU Falls to Bushnell

EUGENE, Ore. - The Northwest University Eagles women's soccer team was narrowly defeated 1-0 by the Bushnell University Beacons in a hard-fought match on Saturday. 

The Beacons' single goal came in the first half and was enough to secure the victory, improving their record to 6-3-2 overall and 5-2-0 in the CCC. The loss drops Northwest's record to 6-4-3 overall and 2-2-3 in conference play.

The only goal of the game came in the 33rd minute from Bushnell's Stephanie Llanos.

The Eagles will come home to host Warner Pacific on Friday, October 17th.
