The Cascade Collegiate Conference announced the Volleyball All-Conference Teams for the 2025 season. In a highly competitive conference this year, the Eagles saw two of their own honored as well as the team recognized for their character on and off the court. 

SECOND TEAM ALL-CONFERENCE
Morgan Harter found herself on the Second-Team All Conference for her work this season leading the Northwest offense. The senior setter has tallied 691 assists on the season, averaging 7.35 assists per set. She's added 28 service aces and 238 digs this year to help lead her team to multiple appearances on the NAIA Coaches' Polls. 

HONORABLE MENTION
Kaitlyn Mickle received honorable mention for her offensive performance this season. This year, she surpassed 1,000 career kills and has averaged 3.26 kills per set as one of the key offensive weapons for the Eagles this year. 
 
TEAM SPORTSMANSHIP AWARD
The Eagles also were recognized as a whole with the Team Sportsmanship Award for their character on and off the court. This is the Eagles' third season in a row that they have received this conference honor.
