KIRKLAND, Wash. – Six Northwest University beach volleyball student-athletes have been named to the 2025-26 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District At-Large Team, earning recognition for their achievements both on the sand and in the classroom.

Representing the Eagles on this year's team are Aubree Dees, Kali Dransfeldt, Ava Hoy, Kylie Rankins, Addy Stone, and Ellie Van Berkum.

The CSC Academic All-District program recognizes student-athletes who have demonstrated excellence academically while making significant contributions to their teams throughout the season. The honor highlights the dedication, discipline, and commitment required to successfully balance collegiate athletics and academics.

The six Eagles played key roles in Northwest's beach volleyball program during the 2025-26 season, showcasing their talents in competition while maintaining strong academic standing. Their selection reflects Northwest University's commitment to developing student-athletes who pursue excellence in every area of their lives.

Head beach volleyball coach Meng Bak praised the group's accomplishment.

"Congratulations to Ava, Aubree, Addy, Ellie, and Kali for earning the CSC Academic All-District Award," said Bak. "We are incredibly proud of your commitment to excellence both in the classroom and on the sand. Your hard work, discipline, and dedication have not gone unnoticed.

This recognition is well deserved, and we're excited to celebrate this achievement with you all."
