"We hit well today," commented Eagle head coach, John Bacon. "Our biggest challenge is not getting on base but moving our runners. That is something that will come with experience. I can't take anything away from Corban and Coach Ohta, though, as they are a great club and play the game with class."

NU now heads south to Eugene for another conference doubleheader with Northwest Christian on Saturday with the first game getting started at 11 a.m.
