KIRKLAND, Wash. – Northwest University continues its men's soccer tour of the Northwest Sunday with a matinee against Caltech at 1 p.m. in Salem (at Willamette).
Â

Â
The Eagles are coming off of one of the most successful road trips in program history, scoring 20 goals in two weekend games in California. NU beat Pacific Union 5-0 and Cal State Maritime 15-0. Northwest scored 19 goals all of last season.
Â
NU's
Jordan Travis sees his first action since earning Cascade Collegiate Conference Offensive Player of the Week honors. Travis had back-to-back hat tricks in NU's sweep of Pacific Union and Cal State Maritime, adding an assist in the latter contest.
Â
Now with seven goals, Travis is fourth in the NAIA and fifth with 1.75 goals per game. He is eighth nationally with 15 points, ninth in points per game (3.75), 29

Â

Â

Alexander Thiehofe getting a four-save shutout against Pacific Union and
Brandon Karberg blanking Maritime on two saves. Karberg has not allowed a goal this season, and Thiehofe is at 1.00 goals-against. NU is third in the league with its 1.00 goals-against average.

The Beavers are 1-1 this season. They lost 3-2 at home against San Diego Christian before evening their record with a 4-1 win at home against Providence Christian. Caltech plays at Willamette Friday before their game against the Eagles Sunday. Richard Mirchandani and Sam Klauer have two goals each to lead the Beavers.
