KIRKLAND – Northwest makes its last non-conference stop of the season Friday with a trip to Portland and Portland Bible College at 5 p.m. 
 
This is the first game for the Eagles in 13 days. Northwest won its fourth consecutive Cascade Collegiate Conference game with a 71-69 win at Northwest Christian back on Dec. 21. Hussayn Ford led the Eagles with 20 points and 10 rebounds. All five NU starters scored in double figures, with Ryan Ricks getting 13 and Tanner Davis 12, followed by Christian Hakilimali and Cesar Sandoval with 10 apiece.
 
Northwest has won each of the last four meetings with Portland Bible College, including an 82-62 win in Kirkland last season. Ford had 17 points and 13 rebounds in that game. Moses McEwen had 11 points for the Wildcats.
 
Northwest is averaging an impressive 85.9 points per game this season, which is 29th in the NAIA. Hussayn Ford leads the Eagles at 16.7 points per game. Christian Hakilimali stands at 14.2, followed by Ryan Ricks at 13.3 and Cesar Sandoval at 10.2. Dejwan Walker is at 9.5, and Tanner Davis is at 8.8. The Eagles are shooting 49.9 percent from the field, which ranks 11th in NAIA Division II. NU has two players in the top 50 in field goal percentage with Hakilimali (36th at .559) and Ford (47th at .542).
 
Ford has 11 double-doubles in 12 games this season and shares the national lead in that category with Avila's Eric Smith Jr. whose 11 double-doubles have come over the course of 14 games.
 
Portland Bible College is 0-9 this season, including three losses to Cascade Collegiate Conference teams. Moses McEwen leads the Wildcats with 12.4 points per game, including 14 three-pointers. Ahmad Kempster averages 5.8 points and a team-leading 5.9 rebounds.
