KIRKLAND – Northwest travels to Great Falls, Montana, for a four-game set at Providence starting Friday.
The Eagles are playing their first road games since March 6.
Sammi Caron has hit safely in the last four games and raised her batting average to a team-leading .333. With five walks and having worn four pitches, Caron also leads the team with a .411 on-base percentage.
Northwest is 6-8 all time against the Argos after winning the last game, 8-6, in Great Falls in 2019. The teams split the 2019 series in Great Falls, 2-2.
Sam Parisio had five hits, and Caron added four in the four-game series.

Providence enters the game at 2-18 overall and 2-13 in the Cascade Collegiate Conference after dropping all four at top-ranked Southern Oregon last week. UP is on a 10-game slide.
The Argos bat .251 as a team, led by Taylor Matthews at .431. Matthews also leads the team with 13 RBIs. McKenzie Staats tops UP with two home runs. McKenna Montgomery leads the pitching staff with a 6.97 earned run average. The team enters with an 11.96 earned run average.
