KIRKLAND – Northwest plays a rare Tuesday game when they travel to Olympia to battle Evergreen State in a 7:30 p.m. contest.

Evergreen State is limiting fans to four named people per player. The specific names must be submitted to ESC through the NU coaching staff.

Northwest dipped to 9-11 overall and 6-9 in the Cascade Collegiate Conference after a 94-75 loss at Oregon Tech on Saturday. Tanner Davis led five Eagles in double-figure scoring with 16 points. Connor Drinkwine added 14 points, followed by CaCoa Chatman with 13 and Rayvaughn Bolton and Daniel Sharpe with 10 apiece. Chatman added five steals and shared the assists lead with Bolton with three each. Carson Sparks led the rebounding effort with five.

Four Eagles average double figures in scoring this season, led by Chatman at 13.5 points per game. Chatman also leads the team at 42.2 percent from three-point range. Bolton averages 11.6 points per game, followed by Drinkwine at 11.5 and Davis at 11.4.

NU leads the rivalry 29-13 and has a 10-game winning streak against Evergreen State. Northwest pummeled the Geoducks in Kirkland back in November, 89-71. Bolton and Davis both had double-doubles in that game. Bolton had 17 points and 11 rebounds while Davis added 14 points and 15 rebounds. Tre Newman also had 17 points while Chatman poured in 16 points and eight assists. LaBrandon Price had 23 points and three assists to lead ESC.

Austin Curry leads the Geoducks with 16.6 points, 8.1 rebounds, and 2.8 assists per game. Price checks in at 14.4 points per game and leads the team with 2.6 steals per game. Mitch Wetmore averages 11.9 points and shoots three-pointers with 40 percent accuracy. Evergreen State is 3-16on the season and 3-12 in the Cascade Collegiate Conference after dropping two games at Oregon Tech and Southern Oregon over the weekend.
