KIRKLAND – Northwest wraps up its home season this weekend with a pair of 11 a.m. doubleheaders against Eastern Oregon at Bellevue College on Friday and Saturday.

The Eagles took three out of four at Providence last weekend to improve to 14-26 overall and 10-14 in the Cascade Collegiate Conference. The Eagles batted .391 over the weekend, with seven starters batting over .400.
Emily Barry drove in 17 runs, Dippel 11, and Maldonado 10 in the four-game set.

The Eagles are batting .292 as a team, with five every-day starters batting over .300.
Jordan Dippel leads the team at .368, followed by Barry at .346,
Madisyn Leffle at .333,
Kayla Stanley at .312, and Maldonado at .310. Barry leads the team with six home runs and 42 RBIs.

Northwest carries a 4.91 earned run average into the weekend series.
Sydney Maurer leads the team with a 4.30 ERA.
Bella King is the wins leader with eight, and Rennick has a team-best 42 strikeouts.

Eastern Oregon has an 18-12 lead in the all-time series, but the Eagles have won the last two series the teams have played.Â

Eastern Oregon is 30-11 overall and 16-5 in the Cascade Collegiate Conference after taking three of four against Corban. The Mounties are batting .280 as a team, led by Kayla Berg at .321. EOU has a team earned run average of 2.39, led by Abby Giles at 1.56 and Amanda Smith at 1.82.
