Northwest Athletics Wraps Beach Season, Prepares for CWU Invite

KIRKLAND, Wash. — Northwest University Athletics closed out an exciting chapter this past weekend while setting its sights on the next opportunity for competition.

The Northwest beach volleyball team hosted its final tournament of the season on home sand, finishing the weekend with a 2-2 record. The event also served as Senior Recognition Day, honoring a group of student-athletes who have made a lasting impact on the program. The ceremony provided a meaningful moment for teammates, coaches, and fans to celebrate the seniors' dedication and contributions to Northwest beach volleyball.

With the beach season now complete, attention shifts to track and field as the Eagles continue their spring campaign. Northwest will travel to Ellensburg, Washington, this Saturday, April 11, to compete in the CWU Invite, hosted by Central Washington University.

The meet presents another strong opportunity for Northwest athletes to build momentum, post qualifying marks, and continue progressing as the season moves forward.

As one season comes to a close and another continues to unfold, Northwest University Athletics remains focused on growth, competition, and representing the Eagle community with pride.
