Said Coach
Mark Mandi about Estabrook, "Sarah ran with a lot of poise and confidence in the 5k and was able to learn a lot from her mile earlier that day. The races were run on a flat, 200m track which was the first time we had ever done that, so there were some technical racing aspects we were able to learn and improve on from race to race."
