Game Notes
KIRKLAND – Northwest celebrates Jackie Bento, Lexi Biggerstaff, and Deja Andrades Tuesday for Senior Night when Evergreen State visits Kristi Brodin Pavilion for a 5:30 p.m. contest.

One Cascade Collegiate Conference postseason berth remains unclaimed, and Northwest is in the best position to grab it. Both Northwest (8-19 overall and 6-11 in the Cascade Collegiate Conference) and Evergreen have a chance to claim the prize, and NU can seal it with a win tonight. The Eagles also could make the postseason without winning Tuesday but would need to win both games this weekend at Walla Walla.

College of Idaho scored a 69-61 win over the Eagles Saturday. Sam Van Loo led the Eagles with 17 points and 13 rebounds. Ellesse FitzGerald added 13, followed by Maya DuChesne with 12 and Grace Meza with 10.

Evergreen State and Northwest went to overtime in Olympia with the Geoducks outscoring NU 11-0 in the extra frame to get the 88-77 win. Van Loo had 20 points, and Biggerstaff added 18 for the Eagles. Trinity Betoney had 38 for ESC, followed by Anna Cook with 21 and Jerri Maluyo with 15.

Van Loo leads the Eagles with 12.6 points per game this season. She shoots 51.9 percent from the field and is 25th nationally with that percentage. DuChesne also averages in double figures for the Eagles at 10.2 points per game.

Van Loo leads Northwest with 8.0 rebounds per game. She is 26th nationally with 3.48 offensive rebounds per game, and the Eagles are 46th in NAIA II with 13.07 offensive rebounds per game. Van Loo's 216 rebounds this season rank 45th in Division II.

Evergreen State is 6-16 overall and 6-13 in the Cascade Collegiate Conference. This is the final regular-season game for the Geoducks, who lost their last two games to College of Idaho and Eastern Oregon. Trinity Betoney leads ESC with 20.2 points per game. Jerri Maluyo averages 11.9 points and is third nationally with 6.5 assists per game.
