KIRKLAND – Northwest takes on Evergreen State at 1 p.m. on Saturday at home for the lone game of the weekend.
The Eagles and Geoducks met earlier this season in a non-conference game with the Eagles claiming the 3-0 win.

Kierstin Patefield picked up the shutout win in goal with a single save. NU outshot Evergreen State 31-4.
Northwest owns a 16-0 advantage in its all-time series with Evergreen State, including the win earlier this season. The Geoducks haven't scored in Kirkland since 2010.
Northwest can clinch a postseason berth Saturday with a win. The Eagles are in sixth with a 5-2-2 Cascade Collegiate Conference mark and 17 points (three wins for a win, one point for a tie). NU still has a legitimate shot at a home postseason berth with teams ahead of them left on the schedule next week. ESC enters the week four points out of playoff contention.

Anna Lau in a 4-0 win over Multnomah.
Colette Liston,
Kayla Soderstrom,
Karli Peterson, and
McKenna Ramoso had assists.
Diede leads the Eagles with 17 points, followed by Wright with 15 and Soderstrom with 10.

Soderstrom leads the Eagles with six assists this season. Twelve Eagles have accounted for 29 assists this season.
Kierstin Patefield leads the Eagles with 53 saves and carries a 1.01 goals allowed average. She has a Cascade Collegiate Conference-leading seven shutouts this season. She is third all time at NU with 13 career shutouts.
Evergreen State is 3-9-1 overall and 3-6-0 in the Cascade Collegiate Conference after sweeping Multnomah and Warner Pacific last weekend. The Geoducks have won three of their last four contests. Madison Spenker leads ESC with five goals and 11 points. Lucky Backus has spent every minute in goal this season and has a 2.85 goals allowed average with 107 saves and one shutout.
