Box Score KIRKLAND, Wash. - Northwest University improved to 6-0 on the season with a 90-81 non-conference victory over the Evergreen State College in the NU Pavilion tonight. It was the season opener for the Geoducks.

The Eagles used a late second half surge to come from behind to pull out the win. Evergreen would lead once again, 62-59 at the 10:47 mark, but the Eagles would go on a 10-0 run sparked by 3-pointers by Daniel Ghebremichael and Ben Tucakovic to put NU in the lead for good, 69-62, with 8:32 remaining in the game. TESC would cut the NU lead to two points twice, but the Eagles would answer each time to maintain their lead.
