KIRKLAND – Northwest gets back to Cascade Collegiate Conference action Tuesday with a trip to the Evergreen State College in Olympia at 7:30 p.m.
 
The Eagles are 4-0 in the CCC and share league unbeaten status with the College of Idaho. All the more impressive is the fact that the Eagles have not yet played the bottom three teams in the league.
 
Northwest scored a 92-70 win at Portland Bible on Friday. Seven Eagles reached double figures, led by Hussayn Ford with 19 points and 12 rebounds. Christian Hakilimali had seven assists to go with his 12 points.
 
NU owns a seven-game win streak in the series, including last year's sweep. The Eagles won the game in Olympia last season, 81-62. Hussayn Ford led NU with 25 points and 14 rebounds. None of the three Geoducks who scored in double figures in that game are still with the team.
 
Northwest is seventh nationally with a 50.9 shooting percentage from the field. Christian Hakilimali leads the team and 33rd nationally at 56.5 percent. Ford checks in at 54.2.
 
Four Eagles average in double-figure scoring. Ford leads at 16.8 points per game, followed by Hakilimali at 14, Ryan Ricks at 13.4 and Cesar Sandoval at 10.2. The Eagles are 26th in the nation at 86.38 points per game.
 
Ford, who is averaging a double-double, leads the Eagles with 11.8 rebounds per game. Ford is second nationally with 9.38 defensive and fourth with his 11.8 rebounds per game. The Eagles rank 16th in rebound margin (8.53) and rebound defense (32.0). 
 
Hakilimali averages five assists per game, which is No. 13 in the NAIA Division II rankings.
 
The Evergreen State College is 3-10 overall and 0-6 in the Cascade Collegiate Conference. The Geoducks are on an eight-game slide after losing both games of a weekend series with Walla Walla. LaBrandon Price and Elijah Fuller lead TESC with 12.8 and 12.3 points per game, respectively.
